We had great service from Sales through the delivery of our 5th wheel unit. The entire staff and process was easy and there were no high pressure sales tactics. We went to several large RV Dealers and we did receive high pressure sales tactics from them and they did not want to stand behind any products sold unless a fee was paid to them. We wanted to purchase a Jayco model trailer and was working with a large RV dealer from NY State, which was a nightmare. I talked to Scott Boyer about what model we were interested in purchasing and where we wanted to be on the deal. He called me 2 days later and told me he had a brand new Jayco coming in the next day. We went over and looked at it and bought it for the deal Scott agreed too. Very easy to deal with and they really went out of their way to help! A great dealership. Thank you very much.
